Additionally, Strategic Capital professionally represents landlords and investors in commercial development. We consult on all aspects of development starting from property identification, feasibility, leasing and financing, to managing all facets of entitlements including architectural, engineering, traffic, land use legal services and permitting.

Although it is the largest arm of our business, we do not consider ourselves an average commercial contractor.  The blend of experience within our organization helps us keep our clients’ budgets at the forefront of our attention while never allowing it to compromise quality.  We are expert planners, which is critical to manage complex timelines and change gears at a moment’s notice whenever necessary not to fall behind on an active project.  We’ve built bar-none relationships in nearly every municipality we do business, which allows us to not only anticipate what is needed but work collaboratively with Towns, Cities, or Villages from Montauk to Manhattan to keep projects moving smoothly and successfully.
